5/25 Rule
“The difference between successful people and very successful people is that very successful people say no to almost everything.” — Warren Buffett
25 Goals List
Top 5 Goals (Select up to 5)
How It Works:
Step 1: Write Down Your Top 25 Goals
- List your top 25 goals - they can be personal or professional
- Be specific and honest about what you want to achieve
Step 2: Select Your Top 5
- From your list of 25, identify the five most important goals
- These should be the goals that would have the biggest positive impact
- Click on goals to move them to your top 5
Step 3: Focus on Top 5, Avoid the Rest
- The remaining 20 goals become your “avoid at all costs” list
- These aren't bad goals - they're just not your current priorities
- Focus all your energy on the top 5 until they're complete
Step 4: Review and Adjust
- Periodically review your progress on your top 5 goals
- When you complete a top 5 goal, you can select a new one from your avoid list
- Or create a completely new list as your priorities change
